There realy isn't much to say. The Plugin has two fields to Configure:

Force WWW

Wether or not to redirect to WWW subdomain. Set this to "Yes".

Redirect

Where to apply the redirect Rule. Choose wether to redirect on Front-End, on Back-End or both.

Further you should note that requests for localhost do not get redirected.
